Change is progress. I have been thinking quite a bit about my business lately and decided to change things up. I am constantly looking to improve myself and my efficiency in everything I do. This week was Spring Break and as always I spent most of it cleaning. I like to go through everything and donate items I am not using. As I was cleaning, I noticed I had a huge stack of unopened Paper Pumpkin boxes. I was trying to figure out the best way to complete them in the future in a timely manner. This is exactly why my live yesterday included the March 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit. Every month I will complete the Paper Pumpkin Kit during our time together. If you are a subscriber, this is a great time for you to work on your kit as well. We can craft together even though we are apart. If you are not a subscriber, and you would like to subscribe, click here. I hope you enjoyed this month's kit, I know I absolutely loved it! Landscapes are my favorite cards to create!

I have to say, I am absolutely proud of the card I designed for this hop. I have been in a crafty funk lately and haven't been happy with the things I've created, but this card changed that! As soon as I started brainstorming ideas for this hop, I knew I had to create an ocean themed card! I live in NM and have only seen the ocean 3 times in my entire life! Yes, I agree, I need a beachside vacation! If you have any recommendations, let me know!
Besides loving the ocean and the beauty underneath, I also have been really passionate about trying to reduce my single-use plastics. This has been quite a challenge for me because I am so productive oriented. I usually steer towards convenience which usually includes a single-use plastic container. I'm getting there, one piece at a time. One of the single-use items I have replaced recently (and it's not plastic) are the cotton pads I use to clean my face. I found cotton re-useable pads online and they are amazing! They came with a mesh bag to wash them in. I even love them more than the disposable ones! More on that journey later!
