Welcome to the Luv 2 Stamp Group’s 2022 Blog Hop! We are excited to share projects with you again this year. We hope to inspire you to create beautiful new projects. Each month we will have a different theme based on the next month’s celebrations using Stampin’ Up! products. Once you are done with each post, scroll down to the bottom and you will see a list of Blog Hop participants, you can click on their name to go to their post, or you can click the next button to go to the next post in line. Happy crafting! This month’s theme is Halloween. I have to be honest, I procrastinated hard on this project. I procrastinated so much, I forgot to order a Halloween Set! I had to stretch my creativity in order to figure out how I was going to still participate in the hop this month. I thought about all things Halloweenie and looked at the sets I do have and decided on a spooky house! The phrase "Welcome Back," kept creeping into my head and that's when I was 100% certain I could create a spooky house. I luckily had just ordered the "Warm Welcome," Stamp Set by Stampin' Up! for a different project I'm working on, which was perfect. The first thing I noticed on the set was the sleeve on the person holding the flowers. Who else could this be, besides Freddy Krueger? It was so perfect! And of course he is holding blood red flowers to welcome you home! In sticking with this theme, of course I also had to reach out to my sister to tell me the house address for "Nightmare on Elm Street." I thought it was even spookier if it looked like one of the numbers was falling off the house. Can you hear it moving in the wind? The Metallic Mesh Ribbon was a perfect material to resemble spider webs.
