 Isn't this duck just so cute! The Easter Friends Stamp Set from Stampin' Up! is absolutely adorable. This duck was really easy to color and fussy cut. It makes a perfect pop next to the sentiment from the same set. I used the Subtles 6"x6" DSP as the background to resemble different colors on an egg. I hope this card gives you fun spring vibes. I couldn't resist using the Handsomely Suited Stamp Set and Suit & Tie Does again before they retire. I also still have just a bit of color family DSP left and thought I should try and use up as much of it as I could before I get new products. Originally I was going to place the bow tie on the bottom of the label, but it just looked so much like a hair bow, I had to change it up. I also received really good feedback about the slideshow, so I had to include another! :) Enjoy!

Happy Easter! I love Stampin' Up!'s cute little rabbit. I wanted to use the technique of embossing on vellum and thought this would be perfect for Easter. I also wanted to use the current In Colors before some of the materials I had in those colors retired. I love how these projects turned out!

Have I told you I like to adventure? I think I might have mentioned it once or twice or maybe all the time. I was on spring break this week and I did not go on any adventures, so I had decided to adventure through crafting. I can't believe this bundle is retiring soon! It is so unique and versatile. I had to create with it before it is officially retired. I was inspired by the Stampin' Up! mug you'll see in my last picture for the colors.

I had to add a photo I took in Pagosa Springs. The morning was filled with fog which made for the perfect sun rays across these beautiful trees.
The strength of the ocean and you is inspiring! I love this bundle, soooo much! I wanted to do something a bit different and decided to make a night card. I used Pacific Point as the base and added color using blending brushes.

I had to use the Beauty of the Earth Suite this week. I have had it almost a year now and I have only made 1 project with it. I can't let it just sit on the shelf, in needs to be highlighted. I had not used the blue sky paper from this pack and I was determined to design a card using it. I love how easily this card came together. The Suite Collection made it beautiful! I love how every product coordinates so well.

I just ordered the Stampin' Up! "What's Cookin' Bundle," and I absolutely LOVE it! The little kitchen tools are sooo cute! Here is my first design using the set. One of my favorite techniques is to use a shape over and over again in the background, which is what I did here with the cutting board. Steps to create this card:
This week has been very busy at work so it has been tough to find the time to craft. I decided yesterday to play with the Heart & Home Memories & More Cards, Envelopes, and Card Pack. I always buy the Memories & More Cards every time they have new ones, but I never use them! 😬 I'm not quite sure why I don't use them more often. It took me about an hour to use up all of the cards and card pack to create beautiful designs!  I started out by spreading out all of the cards so that I could see them at the same time. This made it easier for me to create with. I used the bumblebee trinkets to match the envelopes. There were only a few cards I had leftover because I ran out of card bases. The best part of this whole experience was not having to really design a new card. These coordinate so well with each other, the cards almost design themselves! 
I saw many demos use the Sale-a-bration DSP to quickly make cards with very little prep and the cards still looked gorgeous! I decided to use other DSPs in the same manner. I went through my stack and picked 4 different papers to use this simple stamping method on.

I laid out the DSP card fronts and picked out sentiments that fit the space as well as the theme of the DSP. I also wanted a variety of sentiments so that these cards can be used for different occassions.
